In a thermostatic assembly (head and body), the body controls the water passing through and connects the pipes to the radiator.
The Comap fixed Kv thermostatic body allows temperature regulation based on a fixed rate of water flow throughout the entire system.
Depending on the model, it is available in straight, angled, reverse-angle, and double-angle, in M28 and M30, for 1/2", 3/4" and 3/8".
All Comap thermostatic bodies are made in France, at the COMAP factory in Abbeville, in the Somme department.
May be used with flow in both directions:
- No flow noise
- No vibration
- Mechanism does not stick in case of prolonged closure.
Comap fixed Kv thermostatic bodies are suited to the following applications:
Standard hot-water heating systems, under the following conditions:
- Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar
- Maximum operating temperature: 110° C
- Maximum differential pressure: 0.6 bar
- Maximum stroke: 2 mm
